Our Client Services Team are crucial to the success of GetAgent, and the first point of contact a homeowner will have when looking to sell their home.
The team are focused on providing homeowners with the support and knowledge they need to get the most out of our product and engage with the right estate agency partners; ultimately assisting them with selling their homes.
The core function of the team is to respond to inbound homeowner enquiries, over the phone and via email, helping them navigate a complex marketplace through the use of market data and general property market insight.
The team are goal orientated, and work within a fast paced, lively and sociable environment, working together to solve challenges.
The CS team are comprised of around 20 employees split across our London and Peterborough offices.
