Role Overview
This is a new opportunity within a newly formed Growth function.
GetAgent is at an exciting time of its journey to scale, where we have now merged previously silo’d product & marketing teams into a new joint Growth function. We’ve discovered 4 pillars that will be foundational to our success and enable us to increase revenue: Paid Growth, Referrals, Conversion, Monetisation
You will report directly to the Growth Director, as a growth marketer who sits within the wider Growth team, this is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful growth within GetAgent!
You will be working in the conversion pillar where you will be uncovering new areas of growth, with full autonomy to create change as you see fit.
As we adopt our squad mentality in Growth, you will also be working with a Product Manager and three developers. This role is pivotal in supporting the Product Manager to come up with ideas to improve conversion and most importantly ensure new features are adopted. If there is promising traction in the work you are doing, the company will support you in assigning more resources to make an even bigger impact!
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute a plan to ensure new product features get adopted
Play a big role in defining the conversion strategy for the company
Work with a product manager and three developers within your squad to help more homeowners find the best estate agent for them
Analyse growth tactics performance and constantly prioritise the most impactful ideas that increase the revenue added to the business
Work on existing CRM campaigns and optimise performance to nurture our users to conversion
Collaborate with other growth marketers, design and client services teams to deliver world-class comparison experiences
Work together with the Product Manager within the Conversion squad to help you both achieve the conversion goals by using whatever channels necessary
What we'll need from you
A growth generalist, we’re looking for someone who is not tied to one specific channel but does have some CRM experience as this makes up a large proportion of our current engagement tactics
A testing wizard, you have run experiments in the past by creating hypothesis, creating metric improvements or noting learnings in order to improve the quality of future experiments
A data enthusiast, you’ll be comfortable looking querying our data in our GA4 and learn about the platforms we use, which are for data: Trevor and for CRM: Customer IO
An ambitious person, you’re hopefully looking to take big bets, be risk-friendly as we try to be audacious to achieve big results
Eager to learn, the business has existed for several years so we are keen to onboard someone who would like to learn new marketing tactics, tools and methods with our users to ensure we try big things quickly!
What does success look like
Constant testing to increase adoption and being able to spend time on what will deliver the best confidence weighted areas
Not being wed to perfect growth tactics from day 1 but to be hacky and get things out there as quick as you can to learn and then perfect when we have more confidence
Able to understand what is going on underneath a metric improving/declining to spot trends we should be aware of and report back on experiments in a clear manner
Being ambitious and looking to tackle big, challenging problems
Collaborating well with your team, you’ll be working closely together so it’s important you’re all a great fit together to get things done
