Role Overview
The Agent Success team is working to provide estate agents a positive customer experience when working with GetAgent and focus on overall satisfaction and customer retention. The role of the Account Executive is to speak to agents who have raised an issue, understand their problem, investigate it further and resolve it, as well as working proactively to reduce and issues from arising.
What you'll be doing
Dealing with escalated issues / disputes with estate agents over the phone, making account management decisions
Contacting de-registered agents, asking for their feedback; attempting to resolve the situation and bring them back to the service
Contacting ‘at risk’ agents attempting to resolve any outstanding issues and maintain the relationship
Responding to escalated email tickets
Conducting onboarding calls with new estate agents
Presenting cases to senior team members as required to support with decision-making
Calling clients to confirm the status of property sales and check on progress
Taking part in various projects and events, with a focus on raising the profile of the GetAgent throughout the Estate Agent community.
What we'll need from you
Comfortable conducting phone calls and building rapport over the phone
Good email communication skills (well-written, good punctuation etc.)
Empathetic listener with a solution/resolution focus
Resilience
Diligent with keeping on top of administrative tasks and following processes correctly
Gathers necessary information and context to support with decision making - presents cases in a logical manner
Positive attitude, proactive in sharing the team workload
Effective management of workload across different workflows, efficient and getting through volume of cases
