Role Overview
Our operations team are integral to the success of the internal workings of GetAgent, as well as the success of our partner agents. We're looking for an Operations Executive to join the team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract; with the possibility to move into a perm role. We are looking for an intelligent and capable individual who is eager to learn and is passionate about shaping processes; ultimately you will be assisting GetAgent on our journey and supporting our growth.
What You'll be doing
Manage the email support system, reply to enquiries and log customer information.
Assist in developing and maintaining partner relationships, resolving any issues in a timely manner and escalating through the appropriate channels if necessary.
Call clients to confirm the status of property sales and check on progress.
Use our bespoke software to track a property's journey and update the database accordingly.
Resolve disputes in a fair and professional manner.
Assist the Operations Team with administrative duties when required.
What we'll need from you
Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise, often switching quickly between tasks
High level of accuracy, following processes and managing queries efficiently
Ability to calmly handle issues/complaints and find solutions
Comfortable Speaking over the phone, providing a high level of customer experience.
Excellent writing and numerical skills
Desired/Beneficial Experience
Some previous experience in a similar position
Experience/Interest in the UK property Market
